Privacy Policy
This policy applies to Just a Reading Mode for Android, provided by cum38898. The app receives text that the user explicitly shares with it, extracts a web address from that text, and retrieves the selected page to provide a simplified reading view.
Data collection and sharing by cum38898
The app has no developer-operated server. It does not send shared text, article contents, reading history, or reader settings to cum38898. It does not include advertising, analytics, usage tracking, telemetry, or developer-operated crash reporting. cum38898 does not sell or provide this information to third parties.
Connections to websites
At the user's request, the app connects directly to the website identified by a shared URL. It may also request permitted article images from their original hosts. Those websites and network providers receive information normally needed to handle a web request, such as the requested address, IP address, user agent, and request timing, and may process it under their own privacy policies.
The app supports both HTTPS and HTTP addresses. HTTPS protects request contents in transit. HTTP does not provide the same transport protection. The user chooses which article address to open by sharing it with the app or selecting an article link.
Local data and retention
Shared text, retrieved pages, extracted articles, and in-app article history are kept only in memory for the current app session. The app does not create a saved article library or persist browsing history.
Reader preferences, including typography, layout, color, metadata visibility, and custom CSS, are stored in the app's private local storage. Android backup or device-transfer features may copy these settings under the user's platform account and Android settings. Local settings are deleted when the user clears the app's storage or uninstalls the app; a platform backup may be retained under the platform provider's terms.
External links and platform services
Web article links are normally retrieved again inside Reading Mode. Other link types, such as telephone or email links, are handed to another compatible app chosen by Android. The destination app or service may process information under its own privacy policy.
Google Play and Android may process information related to installation, updates, purchases, diagnostics, backup, and device transfer under Google's privacy policy. These are platform operations and are not developer-operated collection by Just a Reading Mode.

cum38898によるデータ収集と共有
本アプリには、開発者が運営するサーバーがありません。共有されたテキスト、記事の内容、閲覧履歴、表示設定をcum38898へ送信しません。広告、アクセス解析、利用状況の追跡、テレメトリー、開発者が運営するクラッシュレポート送信も行いません。cum38898がこれらの情報を販売したり、第三者へ提供したりすることもありません。
Webサイトへの接続
本アプリは利用者の操作に基づき、共有URLで指定されたWebサイトへ直接接続します。許可された記事画像を、その配信元から取得する場合もあります。接続先のWebサイトや通信事業者は、Webリクエストの処理に通常必要となる情報（リクエスト先アドレス、IPアドレス、ユーザーエージェント、リクエスト時刻など）を受け取り、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づいて扱う場合があります。
本アプリはHTTPSとHTTPの両方に対応します。HTTPSは通信内容を転送中に保護しますが、HTTPには同等の保護がありません。利用者は、アプリへ共有するか記事内リンクを選ぶことで、開く記事のアドレスを指定します。
端末内のデータと保持期間
共有テキスト、取得したページ、抽出した記事、アプリ内の記事履歴は、現在のアプリセッションに必要な間だけメモリ上で扱います。記事保存機能や閲覧履歴の永続保存はありません。
文字やレイアウト、配色、メタデータ表示、カスタムCSSなどの表示設定は、アプリ専用の端末内領域へ保存します。Androidのバックアップまたは端末移行機能により、利用者のプラットフォームアカウントとAndroid設定に基づいてこれらの設定がコピーされる場合があります。端末内の設定は、アプリのストレージを消去するかアンインストールすると削除されます。プラットフォーム上のバックアップは、提供者の条件に従って保持される場合があります。
外部リンクとプラットフォームサービス
Web記事へのリンクは通常、Reading Mode内でもう一度取得します。電話やメールなどそれ以外のリンクは、Androidが選んだ対応アプリへ引き渡します。移動先のアプリやサービスは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づいて情報を扱う場合があります。
Google PlayおよびAndroidは、インストール、更新、購入、診断、バックアップ、端末移行などに関する情報をGoogleのプライバシーポリシーに基づいて扱う場合があります。これらはプラットフォーム上の処理であり、Just a Reading Modeの開発者が運営するデータ収集ではありません。
